Building multi-creator campaigns

The Campaign Builder lets agencies organize multi-creator brand activations into a single, trackable campaign. Instead of managing each creator's deal separately, you can group them under one campaign with shared timelines, deliverable tracking, and brand reporting.

Creating a campaign

Go to the Campaigns tab and click New Campaign. Give it a name, select the brand, set the campaign dates, and add creators from your roster. For each creator, define their specific deliverables, rates, and deadlines.

Deliverable board

Each campaign has a kanban-style deliverable board where you can track every piece of content across all creators. Columns represent status: Assigned, In Progress, Submitted, Approved, and Published. Drag and drop cards as deliverables move through the workflow.

Brand collaboration

You can generate a read-only campaign link to share with the brand. This gives them visibility into deliverable status, timelines, and published content without accessing your full Create Suite account.

Post-campaign reporting

Once the campaign wraps, use the Brand Reports feature to generate a comprehensive performance summary including reach, engagement, click- through rates, and earned media value. This report can be exported as a PDF and shared with the brand.
