Understanding the roster dashboard

The Roster Dashboard is the command center for talent agencies using Create Suite. It gives you a high-level view of every creator in your roster along with key performance indicators and quick access to their deals, contracts, and earnings.

What you see at a glance

Each creator card on the roster displays their name, profile photo, primary platform, total earnings (lifetime and current period), active deal count, and a health score. The health score is calculated based on deal pipeline activity, overdue invoices, and upcoming deadlines.

Sorting and filtering

• Sort by earnings, deal count, health score, or name.
• Filter by platform, niche, or deal stage.
• Search for a specific creator by name or handle.

Creator detail view

Click any creator card to open a detailed view showing their full deal history, contract library, invoice status, and connected platforms. From here you can create deals on their behalf, upload contracts, or send messages.

Roster metrics

Above the creator cards, a summary bar shows aggregate metrics: total roster earnings, average deal size, total active deals, and overall roster health. These metrics update in real time as deals progress.
