Using contract templates

Create Suite includes a library of creator-friendly contract templates that you can use as a starting point when a brand does not provide their own agreement. Templates are reviewed by legal professionals and updated regularly.

Available templates

• Standard brand partnership — A general-purpose agreement covering deliverables, payment, usage rights, and timelines.
• UGC content license — For deals where you produce content but the brand handles distribution.
• Ambassador agreement — Long-term partnership terms with monthly deliverables and performance bonuses.
• Event appearance — Terms for in-person brand activations, appearances, and hosting gigs.

Customizing a template

Open any template from the Contracts page and click Use Template. Fill in the specific details for your deal: brand name, deliverables, compensation, dates, and any custom clauses. The template adapts to your input and generates a clean document you can download as a PDF or share directly with the brand.
