How to log your first brand deal
The Deal Pipeline is where you track every brand partnership from the moment a brand reaches out to the day you receive payment. Logging a deal takes under a minute and gives you a single source of truth for the entire relationship.
Creating a new deal
Click the New Deal button in the top-right corner of the Deals page. Fill in the brand name, deal value, deliverable type, and expected timeline. You can also add a brief description and attach any relevant files such as a brief document or creative guidelines.
Required fields
- Brand name — The company or brand you are partnering with.
- Deal value — The agreed-upon compensation for this partnership.
- Deliverable type — Reel, TikTok, YouTube integration, story set, or custom.
- Stage — Where the deal currently stands (defaults to Lead).
Optional but recommended
Adding a due date, linking a contract, and noting the brand contact makes it much easier to stay on top of things as your pipeline grows. You can always add these details later by opening the deal detail panel.
After creating
Your new deal will appear on the Pipeline board in the appropriate stage column. You can drag and drop it between stages as the deal progresses, or click into it to update details, add notes, or generate an invoice.
