Deal Pipeline

How exclusivity is tracked

Many brand deals include exclusivity clauses that prevent you from working with competing brands for a set period. Create Suite tracks these automatically so you never accidentally violate a contract.

How it works

When you upload a contract for AI analysis, Create Suite extracts any exclusivity or non-compete clauses and records the category, competing brands, and duration. This information is attached to the deal and appears as a badge on the Pipeline board.

Conflict warnings

If you try to create a new deal in a category that overlaps with an active exclusivity window, Create Suite will display a warning before you proceed. The warning includes the conflicting deal, the clause details, and the date the exclusivity period ends. You can still proceed if you believe there is no true conflict, but the warning ensures you make an informed decision.

Viewing active exclusivities

Visit the Exclusivity page from the sidebar to see a consolidated view of all your active and upcoming exclusivity windows. Each entry shows the brand, category, date range, and which deal it is tied to. Expired exclusivities are automatically archived.

For agencies

Agency accounts can view exclusivities across their entire roster, making it easy to spot potential conflicts before assigning a creator to a new campaign. The Conflict Detection tool also cross-references exclusivities in real time.
