Managing your subscription

You can view and manage your Create Suite subscription at any time from the Settings page. Here is how to handle common subscription tasks.

Viewing your current plan

Go to Settings and click on Subscription. You will see your current plan name, billing cycle (monthly or annual), next renewal date, and payment method on file. Annual plans include a discount compared to monthly billing.

Upgrading

Click Upgrade to see available plans. When you upgrade, the new features become available immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. For example, if you upgrade halfway through the month, you pay half the price difference.

Downgrading

If you downgrade, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. After that, you will transition to the lower plan. Any features not included in the new plan will become read-only, meaning you can still view existing data but cannot create new items that require the higher tier.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period, and your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation. You can reactivate at any point during that window to pick up right where you left off.
