Creating and sending an invoice

Create Suite makes it easy to invoice brands directly from your dashboard. You can create a standalone invoice or generate one from an existing deal with pre-filled information.

Creating from a deal

Open any deal in the Pipeline and click Generate Invoice. The brand name, deal value, and deliverables will be pre-filled. Review the details, set a due date, and add any additional line items or notes. Click Send and the invoice will be emailed to the brand contact on file.

Creating from scratch

Navigate to Invoices and click New Invoice. Enter the brand or client name, your line items with descriptions and amounts, the payment due date, and any applicable tax information. You can also add your logo and custom payment instructions.

What the brand receives

The brand gets a professional email with a link to view and download the invoice as a PDF. The page also includes your preferred payment methods so they know exactly how to pay you. Once they pay, you can mark the invoice as paid in Create Suite and the linked deal will automatically move to the Paid stage.

Invoice numbering

Create Suite auto-generates sequential invoice numbers (INV-001, INV-002, etc.) for your records. You can customize the prefix in Settings if you prefer a different format.
